Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, schedule job interviews, exam process, arrange face to face interviews etc.
∎ Maintain organized data bank of applicants for various positions and generates recruitment related reports.
∎ Preparing Offer letters and Appointment letters and manage joining formalities for new employees of the organization.
∎ Assist to update Personal Information, Pay Role, Leave, Attendance in the process and maintain periodic reports of employees record data.
∎ Carry out any other related task as assigned by supervisor from time to time
