∎ Age at most 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate Monthly, Quarterly sales strategy and tactical plan for assigned cluster in accordance with annual business plan.
∎ Administer field sales force (TSR/ASM/RSM) of assigned cluster in a proper manner which ensures individual target achievement by Territory/Region.
∎ Initiate, execute and coordinate action plan to penetrate products in the markets.
∎ Carry out sales promotion, demand generation and consumer education activities.
∎ Ensure product availability and visibility in all outlets as per category and channel specific product guidelines.
∎ Identify and develop potential market, dealer, distributor, professionals based on assigned target.
∎ Ensure cluster wise strong Dealer presence & maintain all updated sales data by distributors.
