Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prime responsibility is to ensure quality productions following Food Safety Guidelines and compliance’s.
∎ Supervise daily quality control checks of raw materials, Work in process and finished goods.
∎ Ensure laboratory testing (analytical and microbiological) is conducted as per the standard and approved method.
∎ Validate production parameters and critical control points in alignment with SOPs.
∎ Implement and maintain quality systems including GMP, HACCP, ISO and BSTI standards.
∎ Guide and monitor QC personnel, lab technicians and QA line supervisor.
∎ Coordinate cross-functional quality meetings with production and maintenance teams.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC records, reports and logs.Support traceability and product recall systems as per quality protocol.
∎ Review raw and packaging material quality based on specifications.
∎ Collaborate with procurement and vendors for quality improvements.
