Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure standard compliance in the factory as per law, COC and company policy
∎ Prepare factory for all kinds of compliance/certification audit.
∎ Plan & complete corrective actions as and when it is needed as per audit report.
∎ Ensure Fire, Structural & Electrical safety and maintenance in the factory.
∎ Look after Higg index of the factory and its associated modules.
∎ Take necessary initiatives to ensure social compliance in the factory.
∎ Arrange necessary training programs as per requirement of compliance.
∎ Conduct internal audit and resolve the noncompliance issues.

Salary: Negotiable
