Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure standard compliance in the factory as per law and company policy
∎ Prepare factory for all kinds of compliance/certification audit.
∎ Ensure Fire, Structural, Electrical & Chemical safety in the factory as per law.
∎ Take necessary initiatives to ensure social compliance in the factory.
∎ Arrange necessary training programs as per requirement of compliance.
∎ Conduct internal audit and risk assessment independently and resolve the noncompliance issues.
