Experience Requirements:

Administration, Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to HOD-HR & Admin
∎ Recruitment & Selection process
∎ Payroll for coordination, attendance prepare.
∎ To prepare different notes, memos, letters, office orders, calendars & formats
∎ Updates and ensures complete and proper documentation of the HR files (Manual & ERP)
∎ Yearly employee performance review and its correlated task regarding extension/ confirmation, transfer, increment & promotion
∎ Responsible for process hotel booking, ticketing, visa related work of official visit
∎ To execute related work of Administration
∎ Conduct employee (Worker & Staff) on boarding and assist to organize training & development initiatives.
∎ To be partially responsible for the activities of MD's Secretariat work and prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Handle employee counseling and ensure employee disciplinary functions.
∎ Performed any other task assigned by HOD/Management
