Should have experienced in sales & marketing preferred industrial machinery but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently as team leader.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Presentable and well groomed.
Responsibilities & Context:
Making plan for individuals and team to achieve the sales target.
Monitoring market activities.
Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
Responsible for supervision and monitoring of the team activities. Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
Manage relationships with existing client and ensure service quality & standards·
Able to make decisions. He must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains informed about the field activities·
To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
To visit the market physically in regular basis.
To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Management.
