∎ Bachelor in Animal Nutrition/Chemistry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Raw Material and Feed sampling.
∎ 2. Sample Maintenance for stipulated period.
∎ 3. Checking of every raw materials and finished feed as per Suguna Lab SOP.
∎ 4. In process finished feed quality checking.
∎ 5. Ensure mixing and feed processing are done as per requirement, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction
∎ 6. Maintain proper sample records and documentation for all raw materials and finished goods
∎ 7. Monitoring the Lab stock and assisting the preparation of the indent.
∎ 8. Laboratory cleaning & maintenance.
∎ 9. Prepare the daily, weekly & monthly reports and maintain the records.
∎ 10. Raw materials quality inspection entry through ERP.
∎ 11. Outside grains quality checking before procurement.
∎ 12. Receive complaints and solve the complaint along with the discussion of the HO
∎ Authority:
∎ 1. Ensure quality of Raw material during receiving & storing as per Purchase Order.
∎ 2. Ensure quality of finished goods.
∎ 3. Stacking of Raw Material and Finished goods as per requirements.
∎ 4. Dispatch standard quality of feed to farms.
∎ 5. Initiate the rectification action, if deviation found in feed quality.
∎ Accountability:
∎ 1. No material is accepted without inspection.
∎ 2. Ensure proper maintenance of all lab instruments.
∎ 3. Follow the system of FIFO method.
∎ 4. Follow the safety instructions in the Lab.
∎ 5. Get better quality and productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Learn at a rapid pace and adapt to change.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Comfort and familiarity with computers and the Internet
