Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical, PE/IPE. MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Feed Mill, Feed production, Material Management, People Management, Poultry feed, Production/ Operation Management, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Safety and Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ >> Production:
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly Production budgets.
∎ Prepare Production Planning.
∎ Evaluate operating procedures.
∎ Review production records.
∎ Schedule feed production.
∎ Stay up to date on new technology and ways to make process improvements.
∎ Schedule employee shifts and keep track of employee time.
∎ Reduce and Maintain Process Loss as per Budget.
∎ Minimize Production Cost (Excluding RM, Lease Rent and SD).
∎ >> Quality Assurance & Inventory Control:
∎ Set quality assurance standards as per Budget
∎ Maintain and Review RM quality in Storage.
∎ Maintain and Control Feed Quality.
∎ Keep inventory of feed ingredients and order as needed.
∎ Ensure grain storage in season and support direct procurement of Grain Items
∎ >> Administration:
∎ Train new employees and provide development opportunities.
∎ Manage the learning and training of team members for continuous improvement.
∎ Maintain filling equipment and other equipment needed to perform duties such as loaders, scales etc.
∎ Perform administrative duties in preparing and analyzing reports and records.
∎ Office and guesthouse maintenance.
∎ Ensure health safety and security of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong business understanding.
∎ Must have strong communication and convincing Skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
∎ Leadership Skills.
∎ Planning and Critical Thinking.
∎ Learn at a rapid pace and adapt to change.
