∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Animal Husbandry/Zoology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Vaccine, Farm Management, Nutrition/ Food, Poultry feed, Production/ Operation Management, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., TQM
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Manufacturing (FMCG), Poultry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Selected candidate will be assigned to work any of the following departments considering his/her experience, knowledge and skills.
∎ 1. Contract Broiler Farming
∎ 2. Breeder
∎ 3. Feed Mill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ >>>Contract Broiler Farming (CBF):
∎ 1. Ensure the Birds Placement as per the Norms in CBF area
∎ 2. Ensure proper treatment, FCR, Motility, Body weight
∎ 3. Ensure vaccine schedule and medicine suggestion
∎ 4. Ensure proper data entry in ERP i.e. Production, inventory, F&A related data
∎ >>>Breeder:
∎ 1. Ensure the Farm Management in BH area
∎ 2. Ensure proper treatment, FCR, Mortality, Body weight in BH.
∎ 3. Ensure proper Farm Management as and when required (such as Biosecurity, Medication, Vaccination, Chicks delivery)
∎ 4. Ensure proper data entry in ERP
∎ >>>Factory (Feed Production):
∎ 1. Ensure the Feed Production as per the requirement
∎ 2. Ensure the TQM in Feed Production
∎ 3. Maintain factory operations properly
∎ 4. Ensure proper data entry in ERP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on, Brooding, Fumigation, Biosecurity, Vaccine Schedule, Farm Management, Production Planning, Feed Nutrition, TQM on Feed manufacturing.
∎ Strong analytical and negotiation skill
∎ Must have strong communication and convincing Skills.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
∎ Willingness to travel frequently
∎ Must have the willingness to stay at rural area i.e. farm location which is our side of Dhaka
∎ Should have mental preparation to stay at least 5 years in company
