Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed University.
∎ Graduation in Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry/Marketing will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chicken and egg sales, Commercial Broiler Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Dealer Management, Feed Sales, Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Live birds/Feed sell and frequently market visit.
∎ Nursing existing clients and sourcing new Broiler Bird/Feed traders to increase business.
∎ Negotiate with traders and ensure higher live birds selling price.
∎ Meet the sales target and increase the market share & visibility.
∎ Order collection from traders and confirming through sales coordinator.
∎ Ensure smooth and timely delivery of Broiler Birds/Feed from farms/depot to traders.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
∎ Ensure timely payment and monitor the payment process of traders.
∎ Follow-up daily sales and report to line manager on present situation.
∎ Perform trend and competitors analysis and report to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Strong business understanding.
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Must have strong communication and convincing Skills.
∎ Candidate must have valid driving license and motorcycle.
∎ Hard Working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to work at anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
