∎ Masters/ Bachelor in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange counseling program regarding health & safety issues.
∎ Conduct worker's awareness training & meeting.
∎ Conduct worker's participation meeting (WPC).
∎ To look after worker's welfare.
∎ Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve worker's problem, complaints or grievances.
∎ To make cordial & personal relation with workers.
∎ Maintain all records as required.
∎ Educate the workers about the rules & regulations, compliance issues, health & safety and first aid etc.
∎ Carry out employee motivation and morale-building activities.
∎ Able to handle factory general worker.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, presentable with a smiling face.
∎ Hard working.
∎ Having Patience.
∎ Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office).
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be self motivated, proactive and team player.
