Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Utilizing various channels. such as job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
∎ Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience through interviews, assessments, and other selection methods.
∎ Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as logging applications forms/CVs, organizing recruitment timetables and arranging interviews.
∎ Collaborating with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and facilitate effective communication throughout the hiring process.
∎ Perform any other task decided by management.
