Training & Development, Training Coordination, Training Facilitation

Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze training need analysis (TNA) to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on the subject matter and target audience.
∎ Develop a collaborative relationship with key business leaders, factories, and other subject related experts to identify training opportunities, performance gaps and to collect source content for the adult learning curriculum.
∎ Research and content development: Soft Skill, organizational awareness, and functional skill.
∎ Organize and conduct different training programs as per need at corporate office and factories.
∎ Maintain relationships with external training institutes and trainers to meet training needs.
∎ Training calendar scheduling and budgeting.
∎ Collect training feedback and ensure continuous improvements of the training program.
∎ Training record management and report generate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Willingness to work outside of Dhaka as per training need.
Salary: Negotiable
