Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Labor Management, Liaison With Local Government
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
∎ Maintain liaison with local & central government bodies.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Support civil works and other project team to run the project work smoothly.
∎ Collect permission/approval from different govt. office to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Ensure safety and security issue at factory
∎ Manage daily labor for smooth operation at the project.
∎ Handle different local issues and local authorities.
∎ Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
