∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Total Quality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the organization.
∎ Utilizes and implementation of Six Sigma/Lean methods in the organization.
∎ Implements an organization’s total quality management strategy with policies, programs, and initiatives.
∎ Setting total quality management implementation processes for each employee in their domains.
∎ Leads cross functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, and systems to ensure that the products and services are of the highest quality.
∎ Continuously evaluate overall organizational total quality management performance and implementation.
∎ Overall responsible for setting a total quality improvement corporate culture as a continuous process and ensuring strategies are set to integrate all organizational tasks and functions and focus them at customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience in related work (TQM)
∎ The candidate will get preference if he/she has experience in Cement, Readymix, Shipping, Poly fiber, Consumer goods, and stone chips business
