Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate from any reputed university, preferably with Post Graduate Diploma in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of HR & QMS in maintaining discipline and proper administrative control in RRE PV Module Manufacturing Plant.
∎ Assist line manager in connection with total recruitment process.
∎ Assist line manager to conduct training and development program.
∎ Provide support to managers on HR and organization development issues.
∎ Implement and continuously monitor various administrative policies.
∎ Assist line manager to ensure safety and security of people and company assets.
∎ Maintain employee information in HR MIS.
∎ Maintain attendance and leave records.
∎ Maintain and update personal files.
∎ Maintain aesthetic beauty inside PV Module Manufacturing Plant.
∎ Establish and practice of Green Habit culture at workplace.
∎ Ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirement.
∎ Maintain liaison with Director of Labor/Chief Inspector of Factory & other Govt. officials/authorities.
∎ Maintain discipline in the factory & minimize grievance of the factory staffs and workers.
∎ Establish overall Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standard practice.
∎ Establish & maintain QMS in RRE PV Plant.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on administrative functions.
∎ Skilled in dealing with non-management staffs, MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
