∎ MBA/M.Com in Accounting having Honours in same discipline. CA Course completion from a reputed CA Firm having relevant experience will be preferred.

∎ Related IT, MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint, Accounting Software and ERP knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review Trial Balance and ensure provision, adjustment of advance and other recurring entries for monthly MIS.
∎ Monthly Bank Reconciliation & Intercompany reconciliation.
∎ Treasury related task (Coordinating with banks, Collect Bank statement, Interest Calculation) and account for in ERP.
∎ Prepare Project Business Approval.
∎ Ensure timely submission of Tax and VAT return.
∎ Supplier’s bill checking and prepare cheque.
∎ Monitoring project wise cost variance.
∎ Preparation of necessary schedules and documents for income tax hearing.
∎ Prepare necessary schedule for yearly accounts finalization.
∎ Management of Fixed Assets.
∎ Any other job assigns by the management.
∎ Comply Income Tax, VAT & Related rules.
∎ Record the expense following Accounting guideline.
∎ Compliance of Rahimafrooz Finance Policies.
∎ PURPOSE STATEMENT:
∎ Assist Manager Finance & Accounts to finalize the Monthly & Yearly Accounts.
∎ PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Company wants to give adequate focus on its PV plant project’s accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for accounting for suppliers and service providers and other stakeholders payment, adjustment of various advances to both suppliers and in house customers.
