- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking proactive and dedicated individuals for the role of Officer / Senior Officer – HR & Administration to oversee HR and administrative functions at our factory/project sites in Jashore, Rangpur, Bogura, and Bhaluka. This role acts as the first point of contact for employees, ensuring efficient HR operations, policy adherence, and seamless coordination with HRBP, Admin, and other departments.
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and joining processes in collaboration with HRBP
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Monitor attendance, leave, and compile payroll-related data
- Address employee queries (e.g., PF, certificates, letters) and manage exit formalities
- Support labor office inspections and oversee general administrative duties
- Organize employee welfare and engagement initiatives
- Prepare and submit periodic HR & Admin reports in coordination with relevant teams
