Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Production Officer – Bio Solution to support and manage daily production operations. The role involves planning, supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure smooth and efficient production processes while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.

• Supervise production processes and resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily and monthly reports.

• Enforce quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.

• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in staff training, development, and performance monitoring.
