Additional Requirements:
Ability to ensure actual test results and record the same for incoming and delivered products and compare it to the desired/ideal specifications.
Ability to understand the level of deviations from desired specifications and escalate accordingly.
Has basic understanding of health of testing instruments and their upkeep/calibration.
Basic understanding of the process of manufacturing.
Have capability to work on MS word, Excel and Power point.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure proper checking of the spectrometer with standards before test.
- To perform standardization and reprofiling as per SOP.
- To test sample from various stage of production process in each heat within stipulated time.
- To perform scrap test and other routing tests.
- To escalate deviations to quality specification to concerned people on a timely basis.
- To ensure data input into Level 2/ERP/SAP system and generate report.
- To prepare MTC for the customers.
- To maintain all quality related documents/reports as required by the department and circulate to the authorized persons.

- To ensure precondition for a healthy lab atmosphere.
- To ensure spares and consumables of spectrometer lab.
