∎ Minimum 07 Years Food & Beverage Industry Experienced.
∎ Excellent communication & Team skills.
∎ Demonstrable experience in developing product standard and production plans.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, and ERP etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have sound knowledge to produce, supervise, monitor & maintain production of Backers & snacks Item.
∎ Proven track record & skills to produce Biscuits, Cookies, Powder Drinks, Cake, Wafer, Chocolate Products, and Snacks & Beverages Item.
∎ Effectively manage labor requirements/manpower planning, production planning, stock management, production plant modifications and develop innovative systems and processes utilizing all available technology.
∎ Able to formulate Production SOP as well as ISO, GMP standard implementation for factory plant.
∎ Monitor production process to ensure that all the products meet desire production standard first to last.
∎ Discuss inspection result with responsible QC personnel & take prompt action plan to carry out best product.
∎ Responsible for Segregate all products and materials that fail to meet specification as per SOP.
∎ To ensure hygiene compliances both of production plant and personal.
∎ To prepare periodically production plan VS Actual Report. Monitor & Manage Machine Run time report, Operator’s Report, Supervisors various report etc.
∎ Applies advanced technology & manufacturing knowledge.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
