Take necessary steps for the smooth operation of machinery and ensure standard productivity.
Ensure quality parameters of boards.
Keep operational records and follow up on the operational status.
Management of shift manpower.
Maintain cross-departmental communication for troubleshooting of technical issues.
R&D to update the process.
Ensure maximum availability of process machinery.
Ensure safety of man, machine & materials.
Ensure OEE.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
