Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Assist line manager to maintenance of the building.
∎ • Assist with ensure effective administration of ARZED Non Management staff including Safety and Security.
∎ • Maintain inventory of ARZED Furniture, Equipment, Machinery, Tools, Spare Parts and Store Stoke Materials etc.
∎ • Communicate and Coordinate with any ARZED Technical Correspondence and Activity between ARZED & Third party like- DESCO, WASA, City Corporation, Fire Brigade & Civil Defense, Police Station, Energypac, MPEL, EF, PCS and Power Generation Company etc.
∎ • Electro-Mechanical equipment installed in the building in accordance with O&M.
∎ • Monitor of the operation of third party service provider.
∎ • Process supplier and utility bills.
∎ • Maintain all document record for future reference.
∎ • Raco & BOD vehicle maintenance purpose work follow-up.
∎ • Up-to-date all vehicle related document like fitness, Tax token, AIT, blue-book etc.
∎ • Collect quotation to compare prize for best service.
∎ • Licenses registration, update & renew.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be BSc engineer (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/ IPE/ Chemical) with preferably having 5 - 7 years experience in manufacturing or process industry in production or plant maintenance.
∎ He should have skills in communication, motivation and negotiation.
∎ Apart from this, the candidate should have good leadership skills and should be dynamic, organized, self-starter, analytical, innovative and goal oriented.
