Experience:
1. Candidate must have knowledge on renewable energy system, specially in solar system.
2. Meet or exceed sales targets outlined in the Annual Business Plan.
3. Must be able to lead, manage, and supervise the sales team, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
4. To set up clear strategy to generate the lead, proactive engagement with potential clients and daily follow-up with clients until WO is secured.
5. Tracking competition (strategies & activities), recommending necessary measures to expand market for RRE.
6. To set up proper marketing plan for both online and offline platform.
7. Organize and participate in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
8. Plan for using different motivational tools for the team.
9. Piloting grid & ESS solutions for commercial establishments.
10. Bidding for GoB projects and achieve those.
11. Check and verify solar system designs aligned with both company and customer specifications (including Site Survey, Electrical Design & Simulation, DC & AC Cable Design, SLD Design, etc.).
12. Gather regular updates and business insights from diverse customer and Government agencies.
13. Work closely with implementation team to ensure successful and timely completion of the ongoing projects.
14. Payment Collection as per agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow.
15. Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports.
16. Analyze market and competitor, identifying areas of opportunity and propose new products/services to the management.
17. Communicate and address customer complaints promptly, striving to resolve them within agreed-upon timeframes to enhance customer satisfaction.
18. Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to optimize performance.
19. Actively work towards establishing the 'Rahimafrooz Solar' brand presence within the corporate market.
