Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Input data in accurate manner into web-based ERP software.
∎ Generate reports from ERP software.
∎ Submit daily work summary reports to in-charge if needed.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solve the problem.
∎ Manage, control & improve the activity and productivity of IT in order to provide the best support.
∎ Maintain, configure, service and repair all the hardware, such as PC, Printer, UPS Router, Access point, LAN, etc.
∎ Well knowledge on fundamentals of computer and basic programing. .
∎ Work with ERP system users, management, and vendors to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
∎ Installation and troubleshooting - Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner, email etc.
∎ Priority to company interests and security in all activities.
∎ Assist in monitoring IT Service Applications
∎ Assist to maintain the IT Inventory.
∎ Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
