Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely and liaison with various sectors of field offices of HCMP, assist line managers to understand, implement, and ensure compliance of Human Resource policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct new employee joining and onboarding orientation.
∎ New employee information entry in ERP and necessary documents upload in EDMS.
∎ Conduct orientation on Human Resource Policies and Procedures, BRAC Values and Performance Management System and Code of Conduct for staff.
∎ Maintain Leave and attendance of field staff, prepare reports and keep documentation.
∎ Address and receive grievance related issues and scale up to the concern authority.
∎ Involve with the activities related to health insurance of field offices.
∎ Manage transfer and separation of staff.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Take employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
∎ Take part at different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organizational brand value.
∎ Participate & organize of different training, weekly coordination meeting and forum in the field offices.
∎ Strengthen rapport with the field staff & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the Camp on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on recent HR practices
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Good in Documentation (Recruitment file and Personal File)
