Very Good at Microsoft office specially on MS Excel PPT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiatives in developing a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies aligned to the global policies and guidelines aligning with Head of Talent.
∎ Develop and execute effective induction program for new Staff & Worker.
∎ Prepare monthly learning calendar aligning annual learning plan and ensure execution as per plan.
∎ Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
∎ Prepare the periodic training need identification process for the group.
∎ Preparing training File and Update accordingly time to time
∎ Support coaching and mentoring process as required.
∎ Support program design and execution as required.
∎ Track regularity and effectiveness of sessions conducted by the appointed coaches and mentors for the participants.
∎ Prepare training budget & ensure targeted ROI of training.
∎ Initiate Employee engagement initiative
∎ Ensure to implement all the steps and guidelines of “right start” policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Computer literacy on MS Office, Good command on English, Bangladesh Labor Law-2006, HR Automation, Teamwork & Cooperation, Critical and Conceptual Thinking Capability, Leadership & Emotional Intelligent, Stress Management, Communication Skills
