∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
∎ Familiarity with payroll software and databases.
∎ Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to communicate with employees by using strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Strong ethics and reliability.
∎ Candidate have to stay nearby factory.
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To do day-to-day general HR related work. that includes daily attendance, leave management, recruitment, Legal affairs.
∎ Maintain worker & staff database-file info, update HR MIS.
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheet Like, Salary, OT/ Allowance Sheet, Festival Bonus, Maternity benefit, Earn Leave Encashment, Annual Increment, Lunch bill, Dinner bill, Iftar bill etc.
∎ Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax and benefits administration.
∎ Responding to employee questions regarding paychecks, deductions, and other payroll-related issues.
∎ Staying up-to-date with HR laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly employee separation list and as per policy ensuring their final settlement.
∎ To effectively communicate with employees and other stakeholders.
∎ Maintain training and development programs.
∎ Any other relevant task assign by management.
