Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGDHRM / Diploma in Social Compliance will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compliance, HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process as per requirement.
∎ Follow up all HR & compliance related data, records, reports formats, statement, files and registers are properly prepared, issued, update and maintained as per compliance requirement/ standards.
∎ Follow up pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Ensure Implementation of Social/ Ethical Compliance, Technical/ Quality Compliance, Electrical Assessment, C-TPAT/ GRS,RCS etc.
∎ Ensure and follow up corrective action has been taken as per different Audit NC.
∎ Ensure compliance on health and safety as per in-house check list.
∎ Ensure compliance on building & fire safety issues.
∎ Maintain audit related all license, document and certificate.
∎ Liaison with regulatory bodies and stake holder's.
∎ Responsible for IR, ER, labor court cases and workers grievance related issues.
∎ Monitor employees welfare related issues.
∎ Plan and direct for training of employees.
∎ Carry out other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & Labor rule.
∎ Excellent communication & leadership skill.
∎ Must be good in - Microsoft office application.
∎ Must be stay near to the Factory.
Salary: Negotiable
