Erp software, Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain commercial related activities from factory.
∎ Responsible to prepare commercial invoice.
∎ Responsible for maintaining commercial papers/ documentation.
∎ Ensure all the commercial activities correctly and timely.
∎ To make correspondence with Head office/external parties/ customers as and when necessary.
∎ Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management's requirement.
∎ Any others task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on Microsoft Office Excel.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure.
∎ Basic Knowledge on ERP software.
