∎ Candidates must have experience of recruitment and selection in any reputed garments industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support effective recruitment process throughout the organization to ensure right people are placing in the right place.
∎ To prepare recruitment materials and posting job ads in BDjobs, LinkedIn or other social media sites to find out potential candidates.
∎ To screen potential candidates’ resume and job application.
∎ To plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
∎ Assist on specific talent management activities such as on-boarding and interviews.
∎ Maintain and updating the recruitment database.
∎ To maintain the record of attendance sheet and the rejected CV files.
