Additional Requirements:

Experience with Marks & Spencer will be an added advantage
Experience working with international buyers and designers
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong English communication skills
Sound knowledge of garment construction, woven fabrics, and sourcing
Good understanding of global fashion trends and high-street brands
Strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
This incumbent will be responsible to lead end-to-end product development for assigned brands through design coordination, sample development, buyer communication, RM sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring quality and timely execution.
Lead the full development process of allocated brands under the guidance of the HOD.
Work closely with the HOD on design briefs.
Create design and product sample presentations based on customer mood boards.
Prepare professional tech packs using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Communicate with buyers, designers, and sourcing offices.
Communicate design specifications to the CAD team and work closely with the sample room to ensure designs are executed correctly and on time, while ensuring the finished products meet the brand’s quality standards.
Source, select, and book RM for sample development while maintaining a proper database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and production, to ensure a cohesive brand image.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by management.
