Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Handle Workers & Selection Procedure.
∎ To prepare various letters, notice
∎ Conduct regular compliance audits, prepare reports and inform the authority of any deviation.
∎ Check fire & safety training, fire exits, fire doors & fire equipment's maintenance and ensure that firefighting drills are arranged regularly;
∎ Maintain environmental, health and safety issues in the factory;
∎ To maintain properly all HR & compliance related documents & Register as per compliance requirements.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
