Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Computer basic knowledge, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement QC parameters, standards and procedures that align with industry's best practices and organizational requirements
∎ Develop and implement QC strategy and execute objectives according to organizational requirements.
∎ Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to ensure that quality control policies and procedures are being followed and implemented consistently.
∎ Define and execute quality and technical processes and protocols for products and raw materials.
∎ Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that QC policies and procedures are being followed and implemented effectively.
∎ Conduct audits of suppliers and manufacturers to ensure compliance with QC standards and requirements.
∎ Identify and escalate quality control issues to senior management as necessary, and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to QC and ensure that the organization is in compliance.
∎ Develop and analyze statistical data to establish quality and reliability expectations for finished products.
∎ Continuously review and improve quality control policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective and meet the needs of the organization.
∎ Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations by conducting regular quality control checks, inspections, and tests.
∎ Work closely with production teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure that all materials and components used in products meet quality standards and specifications.
∎ Analyze and report on QC data, including identifying trends, developing corrective actions, and recommending process improvements to prevent future quality issues.
∎ Monitor quality control metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to address issues and implement solutions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, design, and supply chain, to ensure that quality control requirements are integrated into product development processes.
∎ Participate in the development of new products to ensure that QC requirements are met throughout the design and production processes.
∎ Handle customer quality claims and provide timely feedback on quality issues.
∎ Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization
∎ Drive digital tools for garment technical processes and automation
∎ Evaluate safety and functional issues and provide corrective solutions
∎ Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to quality control policies and procedures.
∎ Establish SOP for an open-end spinning mill to produce good quality yarn.
∎ To co-ordinate with the production, maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality with customer satisfaction.
∎ To confirm good quality sample with specific mixing ratio as per customer demand
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
