A candidate for this position must have had working experience of at least 5 years in a EVA materials and processes position with footwear industries.
Must have sufficient computer skills that will allow them to be able to use, in a proficient manner.
Communication skills are a must have for this position, in both verbal and written form.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Running and monitoring EVA manufacturing machinery to ensure quality output.
Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications.
Maintenance: Performing routine equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
Material Handling: Preparing and loading raw materials into machines.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues during production.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
