∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Human Resources Areas:
∎ To support recruitment process (Job description, job specification, advertisement, CV screening, interview, selection, reference check, job offer, job contract and placement).
∎ Capable to handle in payroll management issues.
∎ Capable to annual performance appraisal.
∎ To maintain personnel records in safe place with confidential mode.
∎ B. Administration Areas:
∎ Support new office set-up including logistics support.
∎ Support safety & security and hygienic issues.
∎ Ensure timely payments utilities bill.
∎ Ensure smooth maintenance of office premises.
∎ Capable to make travel plan for the employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Typing Speed in Bangla & English.
∎ Familiar with MS Excel Program.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates pursuing the training on the various HR topics.
∎ Fresh University Graduates are encouraged to apply
