Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
∎ Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.
∎ Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
∎ Maintain and update employee files, HRIS system, and other related records.
∎ Ensure all staff personal files and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Generate reports related to employee data as required.
∎ Ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and practices are properly communicated and implemented.
∎ Support in revising and updating company policies according to legal requirements and company needs.
∎ Monitor and maintain attendance records.
∎ Manage leave applications and ensure proper tracking and reporting.
∎ Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes.
∎ Maintain performance evaluation records and provide support to management for review discussions.
∎ Ensure that disciplinary actions are documented properly and communicated to relevant departments.
∎ Assist in investigating employee misconduct or violation of company rules.
∎ Issue show-cause letter and assist in conducting disciplinary hearings as per the company disciplinary policy.
∎ Handle full and final settlement processes for resigned and discontinued employees.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & Finance department to ensure timely clearance of dues and issuance of release letters.
∎ Maintain records of separation and exit formalities.
∎
