Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electro - Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Industry, machine diagonstics, maintentance
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing mechanical issues of all types of sewing machines at the factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff.
∎ Mechanical adjustment, timing & necessary troubleshooting in factory pertinent to mostly auto machine.
∎ Maintaining spare parts stock accordingly no of machines and doing proper maintenance in time to time all the devices.
∎ Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other Machinery.
∎ Have to setup the line layout like Machine arranges, Folder arrange, Machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and sewing machinery.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing machine productivity
∎ Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Troubleshoot Electrical /Electronics /Mechanical problems;
∎ Ensuring that equipment works to its specification
∎ Conducting training for maintenance and operative staff where appropriate.
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
∎ Follow-up for all out-of-order machine functional.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ Must be able to type Bangla and English.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good command of writing & speaking English.
∎ Alternate weeks will be the night-shift duty
