Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ CA (CC) or CMA part qualified should be preferred
∎ ITP should be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, and daily cash/bank transactions
∎ Updating day to day transaction in Accounting Software.
∎ Checking document of the petty cash expenses, and prepare the summary for payments.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Prepare monthly Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet, etc.
∎ Any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by management from time to time
∎ Knowledge on vat & tax.
∎ Monitor and keep all the VAT registers updated, issued VAT/TAX Challan and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT & Tax laws in a timely manner.
∎ Update VDS/TDS records and ensure deposit of respective challans in timely manner.
∎ Visit Vat and Tax office and bank for submitting documents.
∎ Assist in all VAT and Tax related work
∎ Collecting payment documents from other departments review, scan and process for the next step.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel.
∎ Will be Fluent in Bengali & English Type.
∎ Good communication skills, both written and oral, also in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have experience in the relevant field of Accounts.
∎ Should have experience in Garments Manufacturing Companies.
