Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in any discipline from any recognised university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, develop connection, and maintain regular communication with local university clubs, student hotspot, administration and training institutions/ organisations.
∎ Activating career club by offering workshops on career development, career talks and other promotional activities.
∎ Organise events (i.e. dissemination seminar, workshop, motivational
∎ boot camp) according to programme needs.
∎ Collect and process information on employment in local level and connecting participants with employers.
∎ Regular meeting with local employers for job opportunities and exploring other opportunities.
∎ Building and strengthening partnership locally with industries both formal and informal sectors.
∎ Following up partners, beneficiary and other relevant stakeholders of this project regularly.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of activities as per project needs and identify the risk factors to mitigate those proactively.
∎ Visit different partner training center/ workplace for Technical and Theoretical class follow up/ observation for quality training and job placement.
∎ Maintain regular liaison with project stakeholders, local government, employers, technical institute, private sector, civil society representatives, NGOs who are working in skills development.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and documentation as required by projects and share them with project stakeholders & supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having one year of working experience in development sector precisely on partnership development, promotional activities etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on job market and career related activities.

Salary: Negotiable
