Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduation Diploma in HR/Social Compliance (preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily housekeeping monitoring & reporting
∎ Safety measure check and reporting
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly compliance and safety checklists, reports.
∎ Update and maintain all necessary documentation for compliance and safety audits.
∎ Assist in compliance and safety audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in garments industry compliance management
∎ Good knowledge on BLL 2006, BLR 2015 and BEPZA Labor law 2019
∎ Familiarity with Buyers CoC, Nirapon 2.0 (previously Alliance) Accord, Higg, FEM/FSLM, ISO 9K and 14K
∎ Sound knowledge of using MS office (Word, Excel & Power point)
