∎ Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Development Studies (MDS)
∎ The same educational qualification in other subjects could be considered if the candidates have relevant experiences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and preparing monitoring tools, formats, quantitative and qualitative report, performance indicators/checklists to assess programme activities with time lines and milestones.
∎ Ensuring coordination and communication with different stakeholders for proper monitoring and evaluation of the project activities.
∎ Preparing monthly and yearly monitoring plan for visits to project area up to union level.
∎ Tracking and compiling information from the field, and reporting to top management on monitoring of programme activities.
∎ Monitoring programme activities for conformity with targets and policy guidelines.
∎ Oversee, coordinate, monitor and evaluate performance of all the project staffs and related activities.
∎ Establishing effective monitoring and reporting systems and act as focal point for the AVCB-II project monitoring tasks.
∎ Monitoring project progress, assess impact process, and gender sensitiveness within the project.
∎ Ensuring proper case management documents during project audit and preservation of project monitoring documents regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years practical experience in monitoring and reporting/evaluation system.
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of qualitative and quantitative assessment techniques.
∎ Good knowledge in project monitoring system.
∎ Proven experience in interpreting information and report writing (as per donor requirements).
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Good in written and verbal communication in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
∎ The position is based in Chittagong with frequent visits to the selected Districts.
