Sahaj Mobile is expanding rapidly across EMI, digital sales, and shop operations. Sahaj Mobile is looking for energetic and result-oriented individuals to join our Recovery Team. As a Credit Recovery Officer, the person will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues while maintaining the company’s reputation and following established financial policies.
key Responsibilities:
Execute recovery strategies to collect outstanding payments from customers in accordance with company policy.
Conduct regular outbound calls to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and prepare daily/weekly reports on recovery progress.
Ensure all communication with customers is polite, professional, and adheres to ethical recovery standards and legal guidelines.
Work closely with the recovery team to identify bottlenecks and improve collection efficiency.
Perform any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor to support team goals.
