Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Public Health, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in training, facilitation, or capacity building in NGO/INGO projects.
Practical experience in organizing and conducting field-level training, workshops, or orientations.
Experience in SBC, MNCAH, Health, Nutrition, or Community Development projects will be preferred.
Experience working in donor-funded projects (UNICEF-supported projects preferred).
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Good report writing skills in English; Bangla proficiency preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel frequently within project areas.
Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid driving license.
Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity.
Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary.
Demonstrated capacity in project management with strong conceptual understanding.
Team-building and coordination skills.
Able to operate virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Plan, organize, and facilitate training, orientation, and capacity-building sessions under the SBC project.
Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and support the development of training plans.
Prepare training modules, materials, session plans, and presentations.
Coordinate training logistics, participant management, and documentation.
Prepare training reports, attendance sheets, pre- and post-test analysis, and learning summaries.
Develop and use M&E tools relevant to training, SBC activities, and field-level monitoring.
Monitor the effectiveness of training and document outcomes, best practices, and lessons learned.
Manage SBC project-related interventions using project management software.
Conduct regular field visits and provide technical support to the SBC project staff.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports.
Capture and document learning materials, best practices, and case studies.
Maintain proper records and databases related to training and capacity-building activities.
Coordinate with field staff, government officials, and relevant stakeholders for data collection and validation.
Maintain proper filing and database management for monitoring and documentation records.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely submission of reports.
Ensure adherence to PSEA, safeguarding, gender equality, child protection, and other relevant organizational policies and principles at all levels.
Perform any other duties assigned by the authority or organization as required.
Capacity development of community change agents, adolescents, volunteers and peer groups, frontline health worker under SBC interventions.
Support community feedback, accountability and response mechanisms in collaboration with local platforms and health facilities.
