  • Able to operate virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

  • Ability to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage the project to ensure successful achievement of targets and objectives.

  • Design and plan project activities considering children’s and adolescents’ rights, issues, and opportunities in line with social context and national policies.

  • Conduct baseline surveys, analyze data, and develop implementation plans accordingly.

  • Implement and periodically review project activities following the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP).

  • Supervise, guide, and support project staff to ensure effective implementation, including staff capacity building and performance appraisal.

  • Monitor project progress against the results framework and prepare monitoring reports and improvement plans in consultation with the supervisor.

  • Strengthen SBCC interventions and develop relevant SBCC materials as required.

  • Promote gender equality within the team and in community interventions.

  • Maintain effective coordination and working relationships with UNICEF, Shushilan management, GO, LGI, NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare and submit project reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) on time as per project requirements.

  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, prepare budget variance analysis, and verify financial reports.

  • Organize and participate in project meetings, workshops, and seminars representing the organization.

  • Conduct regular field visits and provide technical guidance to project staff.

  • Support preparation of monthly and annual work plans and ensure timely submission.

  • Monitor interventions, analyse progress, and develop action plans to address gaps at the project level.

  • Prepare budget requisitions and support financial reporting in compliance with Shushilan and donor requirements.

  • Facilitate audits, donor visits, and support consultants during surveys, evaluations, and assessments.

  • Document best practices and lessons learned and share them with relevant stakeholders.

  • Prepare procurement and recruitment plans for project implementation.

  • Ensure staff assessment reports are completed before project closure.

  • Ensure compliance with PSEA, safeguarding, gender, and child protection policies at all levels.
