Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor the mixing equipment to prepare dough as per production specifications.
∎ Measure and add ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and texture.
∎ Perform routine checks on mixing equipment to ensure proper functionality.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the mixing area and equipment.
∎ Conduct quality checks on the prepared dough to meet production standards.
∎ Record and report production data and any deviations to the supervisor.
∎ Adhere to safety and operational guidelines during the mixing process.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
