Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have the degree in MBA/BBA/MSc or BSc from any reputed university.
∎ Technical qualification on Textile/ Fashion Design will be an added advantage.

∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is that of Merchandising Manager (Woven and Heavy Knit-Sweater) and the incumbent is responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty.
∎ Order procurement, Organizing, Leading & Controlling a full Merchandising Team.
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the merchandising activities including marketing, pricequoting, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, orderfollow up & export planning.
∎ Costing and confirmation of price, placement of orders, etc of all Woven/Knit
∎ product.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviouslymeet the time line.
∎ Responsible for proper communication with simultaneously Fabrics Unit and Buyers.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisersare updating order status to buyer.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality frominitial to final stage of the production.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up andcommunication with buyers.
∎ Keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising and Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
∎ Knowledge in good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla, ability to speak Hindi will be anadded advantage.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
