Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline with adequate experience
∎ good communication skill in English, Good Ms, excel, PP office, Order Tracker and Emailing skill,
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product/Sample Development Activities Follow-up/Coordination with PD Department/Buyers/counterparts.
∎ Confirmation of garments price and orders with buyers.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics/yarn, accessories. etc.
∎ Good knowledge on costing- Knit, woven, sweater
∎ Capable to handle customer independently by leading the team, manage all samples & getting required approvals within the target date, keeping the styles production friendly & production challenges during the bulk production.
∎ Able to handle multiple buyers at a time independently. Dynamic to execute orders from beginning to end.
∎ Communicate with listed suppliers for: raw materials, all approval, booking as well as delivery. Maintain Fabric, Accessories in-house on time.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly
∎ Work closely with QA Team to ensure inline as well as final inspection of garments and preparation of reports, as required.
∎ Follow up of shipping documents and liaison with, forwarder, shipping Agent, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ At least 05 years of Managerial Level experience., Brand Planning/ Development, Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Buying House
∎ Married
∎ Should have with good personality and outlook.
∎ Modern mentality
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 110000 (Monthly)
