Should have knowledge to work with factory on CM/CMW basic.
The applicants should have experience in Merchandising & Production below details:
Good skills, in communicating and listening and able to build a team who can provide the administrative services required.
Having Textile background will be added as additional experience.
Must have the wash knowledge on woven specially on denim garments and fabric inspection process and procedure.
Must be fluent in English with good communication skill & trouble shooting.
Must have solid understanding of the overall manufacturing and control process
Should be passionate with strong team spirit
Strong in written and spoken English is highly required.
Result oriented, ability to multi task, handle and bring issue to closer
Achieve and improve company Key Performance Indicators
Robust personality able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel /Word / Outlook
Ensure smooth Merchandising Operations .
Job Context
Looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Asst. Merchandising Manager who has excellent knowledge on Production and wash to lead a team with Strong Analytical Skill, Reporting Skill and can take the challenges to ensure on time shipment with perfect quality and quantity.
Responsibilities:
Strong Analytical Skill and Reporting.
Ability to work with higher management.
Should have capability to lead a team.
Supervise the teams and give SMART targets (In Both Merchandising + Production)
Monitor merchandising department is set to targets and ensure they are on route.
Should have sound knowledge on all types of Fabric, Garments, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, Washing, and Other Applications.
Manage account from order placement to shipment along with time and action plan and cooperate with team for smooth execution.
Follow up production and trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
Liaison closely with Aql and Technical Managers with respect to Aql failures. Ensure CAPS are written.
Acts as the situational leader of the merchandising team when evaluating, analyzing and choosing the suitable suppliers that will give when placing orders, when giving sample production approval, and when solving the problems..
Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action (TNA) on regular basis to ensure on-timely shipment with perfect quality and quantity.
Good communication skills with team members & Suppliers dealing ability to work under pressure good time management & good interpersonal relationship.
Update all data in web-based applications and in shared folder for a clear picture about the project to all.
Vast costing idea in woven and knit including wash and good knowledge of fabric and price both denim and non denim .
T N A and WIP follow up with buyer Merchant team on weekly basis.
Should have experience as a team leader work at least 5-7 years with any reputed garments buying office As a team leader.
Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance excellence
